It goes with out saying, that God has gotten the church attention. He has caused us all to examine ourselves and repent in the areas in our lives that we have fallen short of His will.
1John 1:9 say's: "If we confess our sins he (Jesus) is faithful and just t forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness". I am glad that Jesus forgives all sins if we confess them. I want to challenge everyone who is reading this post to stretch your faith in the area of giving. I believe God, in this season, has made available for each of us to sow financial seeds into His Kingdom. How, you may ask. I believe the money you would have spent on yourself is now freed up to be sown into God's harvest field. What money, you may ask. Money that you would have spent on weave, nails, clothes, entertainment, food, travel, and the list goes on. I am not saying these things are not needed or things God does not like. God gave us life to enjoy! But many of us have used our finances on our greed when the Lord was asking us to sow seeds into His Kingdom. God gives seed to everyone to sow. It is up to us to sow into the right fields if we want to receive an abundant harvest. I challenge each and everyone of you to sow, to sacrifice a portion of your money for weave, nails, clothes, entertainment, food, travel, etc., into God's Kingdom. Galatian 6:38 says: "Give, and it shall be given to you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again." This sounds like a win win situation! God want to pour out blessing on you today, but He need you to sow the seed. I challenge you to read Malachi 3:10-11 and let Holy Spirit minister to you today where to sow your seed.
